John is a software engineer for an app company. He loves his job because it's a hands on and the work is never-ending. He's been with the company for 5 years now and he was offered many opportunities to transfer to new positions, but he didn't want to leave his team. The company has been hit hard by layoffs of other teams due to budget constraints. One day, John was sitting by his cubicle when all of the sudden he felt water dripping on his head.
